With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated 3 July 2003, additional glazed crystal screw back no. 4'213'720, 18K pink gold and wooden setting pin, product literature with a medal, original fitted wooden presentation box and outer packaging stamped W125. Furthermore delivered with the Extract from the Archives confirming production of this watch in 2004 and its subsequent sale on 4 June 2004.

The present watch is number 112 of the limited edition of 125 examples in pink gold.
