Set with a cushion-shaped alexandrite, weighing 11.66 carats, to the two half-moon diamond shoulders, weighing a total of 1.45 carat, mounted in platinum, size 6¼
Accompanied by report no. 59918 dated 10 June 2011 from the SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating that the alexandrite is of Brazilian origin (Hematita mine), with no indications of treatment and a distinct colour change; and a letter stating that this alexandrite is 'very rare and exceptional.'
Report no. 11061009 dated 16 June 2011 from the Gübelin GemLab stating that the alexandrite is of Brazilian origin and displays a pronounced colour-change; and an Appendix stating that 'Such a combination of high clarity and strong colour-change effect, in a Brazilian alexandrite exceeding 10 ct is very rare.'
