The top set with a grey button-shaped pearl, weighing approximately 78.48 grains, on a pavé-set diamond bombé hoop base, suspending a similar link set with a grey button-shaped pearl, weighing approximately 26.92 grains, and inverted diamonds, to the pavé-set diamond and grey diamond drop-shaped pendant, the pin with a pavé-set inverted diamond terminal enhanced by a pearl, weighing approximately 5.12 grains, 2002, 7.5 cm, with French assay marks for silver and gold
