The openface watch with central circular white enamel dial and Arabic numerals and later hands within a dark blue enamel border and flanked by two applied three colour gold jacquemarts in classical dress apparently striking two bells, the gilt verge movement with pierced bridge cock, spiral springs and striking hammers, the mechanism operated by depressing the pendant, the silver case with coin border the reverse engine-turned with vacant cartouche, circa 1820, case diameter approximately 55mm
