The painted porcelain centre modelled as a face wearing a black mask with inset rose-cut diamond eyes and ruby cabochon mouth, collet-set to turquoise enamel and diamond-set flower motif shoulders, raised on a carved scrolling hoop, the reverse of the bezel with painted motto reading Je Cache, Mes Amour, circa 1760, finger size Q
