Lot Essay

The present watch and its lavishly decorated case is a fine example for a timepiece made for the Indian market. Fitted with a high quality movement possibly supplied by an eminent maker such as Louis Audemars, it was retailed by the firm M.J. Pack located in Bombay and Paris.
