The brooch designed as a mystery-set sapphire gloxinia, with pavé-set diamond petal borders and brilliant-cut diamond pistil, together with a pair of flower ear clips, the mystery-set sapphire petals with graduated brilliant-cut diamond scalopped borders and pear-shaped diamond detail, the pistil as a brilliant-cut diamond cluster, 1969 (brooch), 1975 (ear clips), brooch 5.0 cm, ear clips 3.5 cm, with French assay marks for platinum and gold
The brooch signed Van Cleef & Arpels, the ear clips signed VCA for Van Cleef & Arpels, nos. 19688 (brooch) and 26970 (ear clips) (2)
