The simulated bamboo-turned body with three compartments above a single frieze drawer on bamboo-turned legs and castors, restorations and one leg replaced

Provenance
Herbrand Russell, 11th Duke of Bedford (1858-1949) until sold in situ at Oakley House, Bedfordshire in 1919 to his cousin,
Oliver Russell, 2nd Baron Ampthill (1869-1935) following whose death the house was sold and the contents dispersed.
Probably F. Jones, Tavistock Street, Bedford, where acquired circa 1935-36.
