With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin stamped by Becker, Hamburg, and dated April 1998, white gold and wooden setting pin, wooden presentation box and outer packaging. Furthermore delivered with Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with black dial and painted white Roman numerals in 1997 and its subsequent sale on 28 April 1997.

Reference 5038 was produced in a limited series of 500 examples in white gold only.
