Rasmussen Snedkerier A/S, Denmark, seat and back upholstered with patinated Nigerian leather, secured with brass nails, the straight and carved supports united by stretchers, underside of each chair with manufacturer's paper labels, one with 'RUD. RASMUSSENS/SNEDKERIER/45 NØRREBROGADE/KØBENHAVN/', the other with artist's monogram, signed with carpenter's initials, and numbered 11882
