The hinged rounded rectangular case, carved with a sunburst motif to the rose-cut diamond-set crown, initials "FM" and push-piece, opening to reveal dual compartments with openwork clips of floral design, mounted in 18k gold, circa 1910, 4 x 2½ x 1/4 ins., with French assay marks, in original Cartier fitted red leather case
