Full plate gilt-finished jewelled English lever movement, three arm- balance, striking on two hammers on to two gongs, gold cuvette, white enamel dial, Roman numerals, outer calibrated minute track, large engraved circular case with floral and leaf motif to the front and back covers, central back polished plaque, front cover with polished chapter ring with blue enamel Roman numerals, aperture to see the dial, strike/silence lever at the 4 position, engraved geometric design in the band, dial and movement signed, case stamped J. A., case stamped with London date letter for 1900
