With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the movement and enamel dial in 1883 and subsequent sale on 30 July 1886. The present case, neither signed nor numbered by Patek Philippe, is a later addition and not by the celebrated manufacture.

Furthermore delivered with a Patek Philippe presentation box.
