MARK OF KARL BOK, ST PETERSBURG, CIRCA 1890
Rectangular with rounded corners, enamelled overall in translucent gold over a sunburst guilloché ground, with a cabochon sapphire push-piece, the interior inscribed 'Louise', marked inside cover and base, in the original fitted leather, wood, silk and velvet-lined case stamped in Russian ‘K. Bok prev. Büller / St Petersburg / B. Morskaya 9 / Moscow / Kuznetsky Most 6’
