With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1971 and its subsequent sale on 14 May 1971.

The present timepiece is fresh to the market.

Patek Philippe produced the reference 3545 from 1967 until approximately 1977. The model was manufactured in both yellow and white gold as well as with a leather strap or an integral mesh bracelet.
