Fresh to the market this reference 3718 is in very well preserved overall condition and believed to be one of less than ten examples of this model with ivory-white dial to appear in public to date.
This special edition was manufactured exclusively for the Japanese market to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Patek Philippe. According to our research, 500 pieces were manufactured in total with two different types of dials: ivory-white (the present example) and slate grey (see lot 119 in this sale).
