Hour-glass pattern with foliage borders, applied with 'AC' cypher below a Royal crown, comprising:

Twelve silver-gilt teaspoons Twelve teaspoons, one differing, engraved with an initial 'A'

Two shell-shaped salt-cellars each on turtle foot, mark of Louis Aucoc, Paris, second half 19th century

In a near contemporary ormolu-mounted ebonised wood canteen with hinged cover and folding front panel with applied Sèvres-style panels, inlaid inside the cover with mahogany and later set with a brass plaque engraved with 'AC' cypher below a royal crown, with later fitted interior, the interior with two drawers, signed Alphonse Giroux
