Provenance
Joan P. Miller acquired this work directly from the artist in the early 1960s while in India with the Peace Corps. She later opened India Ink Gallery in Los Angeles, which subsequently moved to Santa Monica where she showed several Indian artists from the 1970s through the early 1980s.
