The columnar centre mounted en-tremblant and decorated with the American flag in red, white and blue enamel, with a cushion shaped sapphire terminal, to a polished reflective star shaped surround, of concave form with circular-cut diamond single-stone accents to each point, circa 1950, 3.7cm, engraved initials to the reverse C.M.R.
