The rectangular case with chased Indian design throughout depicting exotic birds, elephants, tigers and gazelles among a scrolling floral and foliate ground, with polychrome enamel detailing to the cover and reverse, the rectangular coral, corallium rubrum, thumbpiece, set with a circular cabochon lapis lazuli collet, opening to reveal a mirror, a powder compartment and three further open compartments, circa 1930, 15.5cm, with outer maker's case
