Lot Essay

Introduced in 2001 and to commemorate the 150th birthday of Jules Audemars, the automatic tourbillon is notable for its streamlined case devoid of crown, which has been moved to the back, and its calibre 2875 which features a bumper winding movement, rather than the traditional rotor. Presented in highly appealing condition in the handsome combination of pink gold and silvered dial with luminous accents to aid night time visibility, this watch represent exceptional value, especially when benchmarked against the Royal Oak model containing the sale calibre.
