EXCEPTIONAL VERY RARE ORIGINAL WOODEN CASE OF LATOUR 1958
This wooden case of Latour 1958 was bought in the sixties by the uncle of the current owner who was close to the owners of Latour. Shipped directly from the château. Originally cellared in the west of France and in the early ninetees moved to a natural underground Parisian cellar. Especially for this sale this last case of the original collection was picked up by Christie's specialist staff.

In original wooden case. Damaged base of case. All in original straws with remains of tissues attached. Seven corroded capsules. Bin-soiled and stained labels, all in fine state for age. Levels: Five top-shoulder, five upper-shoulder, one upper/mid-shoulder, one mid-shoulder
