Lot Essay

The recipient of this work is Hua Jinxiang (1914-?). Born in Wuxi, Jiangsu, Hua joined military school in 1933, and served in the Second Sino-Japanese War. After he migrated to Taiwan, he held many key positions, including the Defense Commander of Jinmen.
