Lot Essay

According to the Archives of Audemars Piguet the present watch fitted with a 10’’’ movement, square case with flexible lugs in 18K, thinly striped dial with applied Breguet numerals was sold in 1930 to Goering in La Chaux-de-Fonds.

Watches nos. 40'901, 40'902 and 40'903 were sold at the same time to the same client which may explain why case and movement number of this watch do not correspond.
