Reference 5726 was launched in 2010 in stainless steel only, with a leather strap. In 2012, Patek Philippe began production of the reference 5726-1A, which came with a stainless steel bracelet and lighter silver dial.

To the best of our knowledge the present example has never been offered in public before.
