Lot Essay

The present “Spirit of Challenge” is preserved in very good overall condition.

The model was introduced in the mid-2000s, featuring a solid two-body case with fluted band, screw down crown with protective crown guards. The textured grey carbon fiber dial has applied SuperLumiNova numerals, the large hands with luminous tips are signed Pierre Kunz, large date window below 12 and guilloché retrograde subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock. It is powered by the automatic COSC certified cal. PK2001 (base ETA 2982A2) with hacking device and a power reserve of 42 hours.
