“Fare arte oggi ripropone, anche a chi per sua natura tende a difendere il proprio isolamento, il problema di comunicare in modo diretto con una collettività attraverso la propria opera. E’ uno dei motivi che mi hanno portato ad uscire dal mio spazio e dai percorsi dell’arte, a realizzare nuove esperienze. ( ...) La mia elaborazione di immagini simboliche suggerita da leggende, racconti, è affidata invece a chi, pur essendo estraneo al mondo dell’arte, vuole contribuire operativamente con la partecipazione personale e collettiva.”
“Making art today readdresses – even to those who by nature tend to defend their isolation –, the problem of communicating directly with a community through their work. It is one of the reasons that led me to leave my space and the known paths of art, to create new experiences. (...) My elaboration of symbolic images suggested by legends, tales, is instead entrusted to those who, despite being foreign to the world of art, want to contribute actively with personal and collective participation."
