注意事項
On occasion, Christie's has a direct financial interest in the outcome of the sale of certain lots consigned for sale. This will usually be where it has guaranteed to the Seller that whatever the outcome of the auction, the Seller will receive a minimum sale price for the work. This is known as a minimum price guarantee. This is such a lot.

"The marquee, one of Cone's personal favorites, features a riot of varicolored neon trim. Its central feature is a clock, in homage to the theatre's name. (Or is it the other way around?) ...Cone managed to portray perfectly the stainless-steel doors, shadowed by the marquee overhead, and the richness of the two-toned glazed terracotta fluted brickwork above the marquee, with a giant V-form finial running up to the roofline, again, advertising the theatre's name. ...The work is a tour-de-force in its exposition of the myriad defining elements of the Art Deco style in the hot glare of a summer sun."
