These bergères are copies of Foliot's originals, which are en suite with the previous lot and which were sold first Sotheby's, Monaco, 4 December 1983, lot 104 and then from the collection of Barbara Piasecka Johnson, Christie's, London, 8 December 1994, lot 515.
