The massive seated figure with rounded back and knees sharply bent, deeply sunken arms placed to the chest, the jaw jutting forward, the wide facial plane distinguished by a play of grooved and recessed facial features and pronounced Chontal style brows.

Lot Essay

Personnage massif assis le dos arrondi et les genoux fortement repliés, les bras nettement soulignés et placés sur la poitrine, la mâchoire projetée en avant et le large visage aplati se distinguant nettement par des traits faciaux en creux et des arcades sourcilières prononcées de style Chontal.
