MID-19TH CENTURY, PROBABLY SAINT LOUIS
With a central red, white, blue and green millefiori cane, four green, red and white canes at the periphery surrounded by C-shaped configurations of white star-dust canes with green centers or pink canes with blue centers, divided by four red, white and blue barber's pole canes, all on a cerulean blue ground, possibly signed with an 'S' to the underside
