This photograph was given to Ed Gerbic, Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing for Johnson & Johnson, in the early 1950s. Gerbic was involved with the entertainment industry in Hollywood in connection with the Johnson & Johnson Presents television specials. While in Hollywood he befriended Walt Disney who in turn introduced him to George Hurrell. They became friends and Hurrell took Gerbic's portrait and, in the early 1950s, gave him a few photographs, including this print.
