Centering upon a series of three rectangular-shaped old European, single and rose-cut diamond foliate plaques, the central plaque opening to reveal a watch with nickel-finished lever movement, the rectangular silver dial with black Arabic numerals and blued-steel hands, within a platinum bezel, to the black velvet bracelet and rose-cut diamond clasp, mounted in platinum, circa 1920, 6¾ ins.
