The IWC BIG PILOT PERPETUAL is an entirely new execution featuring the acclaimed Portuguese Perpetual movement in a 46 mm. platinum Big Pilot case. The Perpetual Calendar is a single crown activated synchronising movement and has a seven-day power reserve. The dial is re-configured for maximum aesthetic pleasure and easy reading. In addition, the moon phase display shows the position of the moon in both hemispheres, a design feature that is unique to the IWC collection.

Only 25 examples were made in all, exclusively for Sincere Fine Watch Ltd as part of the Sincere Haute Horlogerie Collection 2006.
