The present watch is a fine example of this paragon of post war design. Often worn by their original owners and consequently regularly serviced and polished, many examples of this iconic and noble sports watch have not survived without visible traces of use.
Consequently, references 1463 preserved in attractive and overall good condition such as the present example are rare to find.
