The following two lots, 71 and 72, are from Patek Philippe's celebrated reference 5125 series, produced by to celebrate the 125th anniversary of their retailer Wempe in 2003. The limited edition comprised 125 examples each in 18K white, yellow and pink gold as well as 100 examples in platinum.

With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated 22 July 2003, additional glazed crystal screw back no. 4'188'404, 18K white gold and wooden setting pin, product literature with a medal, original fitted wooden presentation box and outer packaging stamped W125. Furthermore delivered with the Extract from the Archives confirming production of this watch in 2003 and its subsequent sale on 3 July 2003.

The present watch is number 007 of the limited edition of 125 examples in white gold.
