With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1918 and its subsequent sale on 26 September 1928. The Extract further confirms the "L.R.M." monogram on the case back.

This "triple complication" represents the state-of-the-art in watch manufacturing from the heyday of complicated and ultra-complicated timepieces. Uniting the three main complications established at that time, being the perpetual calendar for the astronomical functions, the split second chronograph for timing purposes and the distinct minute repeating for the acoustic pleasure, it is furthermore enhanced by the highly appealing ivory-coloured enamel dial, beautifully rounding up the overall appeal of this ultra-rare timepiece.
