With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated 20 June 2009, instruction manual, product literature, leather envelope, original box with winding mechanism, adaptors and outer packaging.

Patek Philippe introduced reference 5159 in 2007 with a larger case than its predecessor reference 5059. It was first manufactured in yellow and white gold and since 2010 is available in pink gold also.

The present lot is fresh to the market and in overall very good condition.
