With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with tachometer scale in 1947 and its subsequent sale on March 2, 1948. Furthermore delivered with a Patek Philippe service estimate dated April 7, 1999.

Reference 533 was introduced into the market in 1937 and is distinguished by the elegant look of its Calatrava case with the typical flat bezel. This model remained in production until 1956.
