Further accompanied a Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated May 1, 2001, an Attestation dated May 1, 2001 and a Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronometres dated March 8, 2001, presentation box, leather envelope, additional Patek Philippe crocodile strap and pink gold PP buckle, commemorative coin and booklet and outer packaging.
According to our research the present watch has never before been offered in public.
Reference 5100 was launched by Patek Philippe in 2000 to celebrate the new millennium. It was the first watch the firm produced featuring a ten-day power reserve. The design of this model, imitating the manta ray, evolved from the Reference 2554 from the 1950s and 1960s.
A total of 3100 pieces were produced: 1,500 in yellow gold, 750 in pink gold, 450 in white gold and 300 in platinum.
