rectangular box with canted corners, the sablé gold cover centred with a rectangular enamel miniature depicting a classical scene of a child sleeping, being protected from a serpent by a guardian angel and two putti, within chased oval frame, the four corners further chased with musical trophies, the sides and base with engine-turned vari-colour gold panels with vertical and diagonal reeding, in fitted green leather case, the interior cover stamped 'By appointment to H.M.
