With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated 12 September 2012, fitted presentation box and outer packaging.

Making its debut appearance at Christie's, the present reference 5940 is fresh to the market and in overall very good condition. According to our research, this is the first time a reference 5940 is offered at auction thus far.

Reference 5940 was launched in 2012 and is today only available in yellow gold. Reference 5940 offers great looks; a thin cushion-shaped case and a dial with breguet numerals, all features evoking the vintage era. Reference 5940 is the successor of reference 3940 and houses the exact same automatic movement as its predecessor, calibre 240.
