With A. Lange & Söhne Garantie dated 28 September 2011, instruction manual, leather wallet, fitted presentation box and outer packaging.

The present watch is number 2 of a limited edition of 100 examples.

With a crystal clear indication of hours and minutes, the Zeitwerk is A. Lange & Söhne's very first mechanical wristwatch with a digital time display format using jumping numerals for a precise reading. At the center of the display, the time bridge that is part of the movement, is also the frame for all time indications.

In the Zeitwerk Luminous model, the difficulty was to allow enough daylight to "charge" the numerals for the night display. Indeed, contrary to classic time display through hands, the jumping hours and minutes system are mostly hidden underneath the dial. A solution was brought through the use of a transparent dial.
