PROPERTY OF A PRIVATE AUSTRALIAN COLLECTOR
These two paintings were acquired by the present owner's father directly from the artist in Shanghai between 1949 and 1960 and thence by descent. Both parents of the owner took painting lessons from Lin Fengmian until early 1960s and they knew the artist very well.
