Further accompanied by a Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated December 4th, 2001, Patek Philippe presentation box, leather envelope, and outer packaging.

Patek Philippe first introduced a world-time wristwatch in the 1930's, with the reference 1415. These early world time models featured the names of international cities engraved on the bezel, while the reference 5110's more modern take features a central guilloché dial and outer ring with the international city names, giving it a dynamic and contemporary look.
Reference 5110 was produced from approximately 2000 until 2006, and was made in yellow, white, and pink gold, as well as platinum. Reference 5110 was replaced in 2006 by the reference 5130.
