A GROUP OF JADEITE CARVINGS
Comprising nine carved opaque jadeite boys of colourless material suffused with light green and lavender colour, each either playing the drum, cymbals, gong, 'pipa', 'suona' or holding onto a peach or fire crackers, accented by five multi-coloured jadeite bead necklaces, representing the rebus 'boundless joy', to the wooden stand decorated with two carved opaque jadeite plaques of colourless material and multi-coloured jadeite gourds, beads and drops, largest carving approximately 8.2 x 4.6 cm, wooden stand approximately 46.6 x 36.0 x 28.0 cm
Accompanied by three reports nos. KJ87423, KJ87425 and KJ87426 dated 3 September 2014 from Hong Kong Jade & Stone Laboratory stating that the carvings are natural jadeite and no polymer is detected (9)
