the English fully marked comprising a pilgrim bottle-form caster, maker's mark 'SHB', London 1908; the Continental with various marks for fineness comprising a German scalloped rim dish repousse with fruits; an Austrian small footed compote, marked for Vienna 1813; an Austrian reticulated basket on four ball feet, maker's mark indistinct; an Austrian cup repousse with birds and landscapes, marked for Pressburg 1784; and a Russian small floriform stand, maker's mark Cyrillic 'S.A'; the American marked 'Sterling' comprising a small footed compote with pierced rim; together with a silver oval dish repousse with figures at leisure, a small silver dish with scalloped rim repousse with a farmer in a landscape, and a silver bowl on four feet with swing handle, each indistinctly marked
