Accompanied by a Svend Andersen winding box, and product literature.
In the elegant Parisian society of the 18th century, it was unseemly to take out a pocket watch to read the time. In 1798, Abraham Louis-Breguet invented a pocket watch where the wearer could feel the watch and tell the time, it was called Montre A Tact - a tactful watch.
Svend Andersen has incorporated this idea into modern wristwatches. In addition to the main dial, the present watch has a second aperture for reading the time between the 6 o'clock position so that the time can be read discreetly without having to move the wrist. An innovative idea, this watch encompasses the exploratory nature of the brand.
