Accompanied by an OMEGA Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch on 5 June 1970 and its subsequent delivery to Spain. Further accompanied by an OMEGA International Guarantee dated July 10th 1970, and a rare OMEGA crater box.

The reference 145.022-69 was in production from 1970 to 1973. The present watch features a chocolate or "tropical" dial that has been made possible by its aging. Not born with this exceptional dial intensity, the watch shows great charisma. Collectors have noted that a small number of reference 145.022-69 watches have had their dials change to a "tropical" brown and have posited that it may have been due to the sensitivity of the paint used on a particular run of dials.

The Speedmaster ST 145.022 is illustrated and described in OMEGA, A Journey Through Time by Marco Richon, 2007, p. 604.
