Designed as a Lion's Paw scallop shell, the top of sculpted gold and radiating circular-cut diamonds, the bottom of sculpted gold with white enamel lip set with cabochon rubies, the center cabochon ruby a pushpiece, opening to reveal a fitted mirror and hinged compartment, circa 1970, 3 1/8 ins., mounted in 18k gold
